Come off the ledge. If your father were alive he'd be very, very, very upset. Just can't jump, you just can't jump...your shirt's dirty and there's a man here from the BBC.  You just can't jump!

Review of the October 2006 show....
Just wanted to send kudos to all for a really great show last Saturday in Farmingdale. To hear The Fountain, The Cage,Watcher,Firth, etc was nothing short of exhilarating. The musicianship was superb as was the  performance. Unexpected (and refreshing) was the inclusion of Phil-era Genesis which you also had down pat.(Got to dance with wifey to Follow You Follow Me!)

I've seen The Musical Box 5 or 6 times and they have nothing on you except maybe more props & a better sound board. Come back & play more shows on LI and I promise to bring many Genesis-heads. And try and bring those Seven Stones with you!
Great sound, great songs, great night! - Prog Steve

Review of the November 2004 show....
Hogweed was great!  These guys sound better and better, each time I see them.

Review of the November 2002 show....
I saw Hogweed live at the Village Underground a few months ago and they were rocking. It was a great show and I can't wait for the next one. I also enjoyed talking to the band members after the show. They are a great group of guys. From, A Fan...

Review of October 2002 show....

Saw the Genesis tribute band Hogweed in NYC and they were great! They sounded so good! They played a short setlist because of time but they did not disappoint. They opened the show with "Dance on a Volcano" and then went on to play "The Lamb Lies down on Broadway", an edited version of "The Musical Box", "Anyway", "Lilywhite Lilith" "Cinema Show" and ended the show with "The Return of the Giant HOGWEED". The guys in the band are also very nice and friendly and I can't wait to see them play again! It's so good to finally have a Genesis tribute band here to stay in the NYC area!

From the Hogweed Forum

Giant hogweed is a public health hazard. The toxic sap, clear and watery, contains a substance that causes painful blisters. The blisters emerge when skin coated with the sap is exposed to sun. The combination of sap and sun produces painful burning blisters that may develop into purplish, blackened scars. It's illegal to move the plant within or between states, or to sell the seeds. Don't collect the seed heads to dry them Keep children away from this plant and use extreme caution when handling it. Some people do not react to this sap, but don't take chances. - Posted by Larkston Zinaspic

"
The interview was very cool, glad you guys had a chance to do it. Looking even more forward to catching one of your shows now.  Always good to hear that there are still some old Genesis fanatics out there. It's lonely feeling like I'm a cult of one sometimes." -In response to the July 26th radio interview on 1240 AM (WGBB).

"Island 94.3 will be supporting an off-premise Chevy sale where we will give away a Brand New Chevy to one lucky Island 94.3 listener.  As you may be aware, Genesis is one of the core artists on Island 94.3.  I would like to secure your band to be present and playing that day as we give the car away.  Your band has come to me with high recommendations and I put forth the invite to you first." -email request from program director of 94.3 FM
