About Hogweed
Hogweed is a NYC-based tribute band,
comprised of Steve Messana, Mike DeRosa, Chris Valentine, Nate
Fredette and John Perez. They perform Genesis music from 1970 thru
1978, although their song list is heavily influenced by
Gabriel-led material.
In the classic style of early
Genesis
live performances, Hogweed uses costumes, stage make-up and
assorted props, creating a multi-media event.
They have been entertaining
audiences in the New York Metro area since July 2002, playing at
clubs like Le Bar Bat, Downtime, Village Underground, Lizard
Lounge and Sgt. Peppers.
